Abstract:
Analiza i optimizacija obrade metala postupkom elektroerozije može doprinijeti donošenju kvalitetne odluke o ekonomskoj isplativosti ovog nekonvencionalnog postupka obrade. Na tačnost mjera i oblika te kvalitet obrađene površine proizvoda utječu: relativne vibracije između alata i obratka, izbor odgovarajućeg alata, toplinska stabilnost CNC mašine, režimi obrade i slično. U radu je prikazana analiza uticaja brzine rezanja elektroerozijom za čelik, na kvalitet obrađene površine. Predstavljen je matematički model kvaliteta obrađene površine u funkciji brzine rezanja i pokazano je da se dobijeni model može primjenjivati pri odabiru brzine rezanja kod projektovanja tehnološkog procesa izrade dijelova ovim nekonvencionalnim postupkom obrade.
