CMM, mjerenje, kontrola, odstupanje od oblika, 3D printanje, skeniranje
Abstract:
U ovom radu je prikazan proces mjerenja i kontrole odstupanja od oblika i pozicija kod 3D printanih modela. U postupku printanja korišten je Ultimaker S5 printer, čija je tačnost printanja znatno veća u odnosu na konvencionalne 3D printere. Dobijeni rezultati na koordinatnoj mjernoj mašini Carl Zeiss Contura G2 prikazuju detaljno utjecaj samog postupka printanja na odstupanje od oblika i pozicija kod standardnih geometrijskih oblika. Pored toga, 3D printani model je skeniran pomoću RangeVision PRO skenera i skenovi su obrađeni i odstupanja od oblika i pozicija su prikazana i kontrolisana pomoću Carl Zeiss softvera GOM Inspect. U konačnici, komparirani su rezultati mjerenja realnog printanog modela na koordinatnoj mjernoj mašini i rezultati odstupanja njegovih skenova u softveru GOM.
