Velika produktivnost pulsnog MAG postupka zavarivanja traži i efikasnu kontrolu kvalitete spojeva. U ovom radu su predstavljeni rezultati istraživanja uticaja parametara zavarivanja na geometriju i kvalitet ugaonih zavarenih spojeva izvedenih u nadglavnoj poziciji na dvije različite debljine limova od nelegiranog konstrukcionog čelika. Izmjerene geometrijske karakteristike spojeva su iskorištene da se uspostavi veza između parametara zavarivanja i klase kvaliteta zavarenog spoja, pri čemu su za utvrđivanje kvaliteta zavarenog spoja uzeti kriteriji prihvatljivosti prema EN ISO 5817.
