Abstract:
U današnjoj industrijskoj proizvodnji svi proizvodni procesi se pokušavaju automatizirati u većoj ili manjoj mjeri. Porastom automatizacije došlo je do sve veće potrebe za senzorima blizine bez kojih automatizirani sistemi ne bi bili mogući. Senzori blizine poboljšavaju radni kapacitet i kvalitetu samog rada. Odgovorni su za mjerenje radnih parametara, praćenje radnih operacija, identifikaciju kvarova i još mnogo toga. U ovom radu je prikazan eksperiment ispitivanja karakteristika i primjene senzora blizine. Za realizaciju eksperimenta mjerenja karakteristika senzora blizine korištena je robotska jedinica „Mitsubishi Melfa RV-2AJ“ i programabilni logički kontroler sa senzorima blizine ,smješteni u laboratoriji Mašinskog fakulteta Univerziteta u Zenici.
