Upotreba infracrvene termografije za monitoring zagrijavanja LED u različitim primjenama

Abstract:
Sa porastom primjena svjetlosnih dioda (LED) u stambenim i komercijalnim rasvijetnim tijelima, za inženjere je često izazov pronaći načine zaštite LED dioda od preranog kvara zbog pregrijavanja. LED diode trajno gube luminanciju kada su termički opterećene i degradiraju se brže nego što je proizvođač deklarisao. Upotreba termopara je dugo bila najčešći način mjerenja temperature u uređajima, ali se danas upotrebom infracrvene (IR) termografske dijagnostike mogu ranije otkriti potencijalni problemi i smanjiti troškovi održavanja. U radu su prikazani rezultati praćenja temperature pomoću IR termografije u različitim LED primjenama (retrofit, semafori, bilbordi, itd.) ukazujući na moguću praktičnu primjenu IR termografije kao naprednog i neinvazivnog načina monitoringa odvođenja toplote LED rasvijetnih tijela.
