Abstract:
U radu su ispitana zatezna svojstva uzorka izrađenih FDM postupkom pomoću komercijalnog 3D printera Ultimaker S5. Ispitano je 12 epruvera izrađenih od PLA materijala od dva različita dobavljača, dimenzija prema ISO 527-2. Istraživan je utjecaj gustoće popune i položaja uzorka prilikom 3D printanja (orijentacija materijala). Očekivano je zabilježeno slabljenje zateznih svojstava sa manjom popunom kod 3D printanja. Uočen je utjecaj orijentacija materijala dobivenog 3D printanjem na zatezna svojstva. Manja zatezna čvrstoća je registrirana kod uspravno printanih epruveta, gdje su uzorci ispitivani u pravcu okomitom na ravni između različitih slojeva kod 3D printanja.
