Abstract:
Ispitivanja u zračnom tunelu često se koriste za evaluaciju izlaznih performansi malih vertikalnih vjetroturbina. Iako se radi o malim vjetroturbinama, veličina njihovih rotora često prevazilazi veličinu testnih sekcija zračnih tunela. U takvim slučajevima ispitivanja se ne vrše na prototipovima nego na umanjenim modelima. Jedan od načina proizvodnje modela lopatica vertikalne vjetroturbine jeste aditivna tehnologija koja omogućava izradu lopatica upotrebom 3D printera. U radu je opisan postupak proizvodnje svih dijelova rotora vjetroturbine kao i postupak statičkog balansiranja izrađenog rotora u cilju kompenziranja nesimetrične raspodjele masa u odnosu na osu obrtanja rotora.
