Abstract:
U radu se daje kratak osvrt na Zeleni program Evropske Unije, njegove strategije i ciljeve za postizanje potpune karbonske neutralnosti do 2050. godine. Predstavljeni su i objašnjeni glavni prioriteti u Evropskom zelenom programu. Predstavljeno je i trenutno stanje u Bosni i Hercegovini, a posebno u kontekstu Zelene agende za Zapadni Balkan, te Akcionim planom za provedbu Sofijske deklaracije. Zatim je na bazi dostupnih analiza i studija dat kritički osvrt na pitanje da li su zacrtani ciljevi ostvarivi na globalnom svjetskom nivou.
